  • Goal Strategy is my term for the combination of skills and experiences that I bring to my clients. It’s a mix of coaching, mentoring and the 10+ years I spent in human resources and talent development together that work really well together to help you achieve your goals.

Coaching is a process that focuses on making practical progress in the 'here and now' - which you can use to help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions in many areas of your life for example switching careers, becoming a working parent or moving into your first leadership role.

It involves really getting to the root of your issue, identifying any obstacles that keep cropping up, helping you get motivated to change and come to your own answer and decisions.

One of the major benefits of coaching is to have someone who actively listens and has no agenda or opinions on what you 'should' or 'should not' do - my only goal is to help you make the change YOU want.

  • Coaching, counselling and mentoring are all focused on helping their clients but there are differences.

    In a nutshell:

Counselling focuses on getting to the root of issues by looking to the past for answers and insights.

Mentoring is when someone with experience and seniority in that area advises and gives informal guidance with a view to the future.

Coaching is focused on the present, bringing a sense of perspective and the sole goal is to help their clients achieve their goals and make the change they want.

Bonus - what I do is Goal Strategy is a combination of coaching, mentoring and bringing my 10+ years of talent development together to help you achieve your goals.

  • You can expect full confidentiality, trust and openness.

Our first session will be spent on getting to know each other and understanding your current situation and deep-diving into your goals.

My role as your goal strategist is then to build out a plan for our remaining sessions to help you close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It’s my job to incorporate the right tools and techniques.

Check out the Goal Strategy Programme page for more detail on the method and what’s included.

  • There are 2 different ways to work with me 1:1.

My full 12-week Goal Strategy Programme is a mid-4 figure investment.

If that’s not quite right I also offer a 90-min Goal Strategy Intensive is currently priced at £297.

You can see the full details of each option of working 1:1 by clicking here.

Custom options may be available to suit your needs and goals. - the best thing to do is book in a discovery call so we can have a chat! You can do that here.

  • To work really well together and be successful there are 5 main ingredients:

Rapport - do you feel a sense of connection so you can open up to me easily?

Trust - do you trust me enough to be vulnerable?

Commitment - Will you commit to giving our sessions the energy they deserve? This means committing to keeping sessions in the diary so we don’t lose progress and committing to trying any techniques that might be ‘out of the box’, and reflecting in between sessions.

Reflection - the sessions we have will be informative, but to sustain the learning what’s really important is to reflect between sessions (i.e. jot down any thoughts or memories that come to you in-between sessions, or anything you want to discuss) - this helps us make more progress

Willing to do things differently - the whole reason you’re seeking coaching is because there’s something you want to be different.

For this reason, it’s really important we have a discovery call first to understand what brings you to coaching, and go over what to expect.

I only work with people who are a 10/10 committed and I only work with a certain number of people at a time so I can give YOU the time and attention you deserve.
